Return Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 14 days from the delivery date indicated on the tracking you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund, provided all the return terms and conditions stated on this page are fulfilled.
After sending back the returned pieces, customers will need to inform us by email of the tracking number of the shipping service they have used to return the products. This email will serve as your return request. Emails sent after this 14-day period will not be considered eligible for a refund, and there will be a reshipping fee for returning the products to the customer.
Eligible returns will be fully refunded excluding the original shipping cost. Any costs or charges associated with returning items is not covered, including postage and any customs charges.

To Qualify For A Return

All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
All pieces must be returned with a completed Return Form.
All sales items are final sales and cannot be refunded. Orders with discount codes are excluded.

How To Start A Return

Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process your refund.
Download, fill out and print the Return Form. Put the form in the parcel with your returns. Absence of this form will result in a significantly longer processing time.
Ship back the parcel with a shipping service provider of your choice. Return costs will be paid by the customer. We highly recommended you tu use a tracked shipping service as returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility.
